"We Care as God Provides"
Founded in July 2022 by Mrs. Mary Kosarachi Nwafor, Marypat Love & Care Foundation (MPLC Foundation) is a registered non-governmental organization dedicated to transforming vulnerable lives across rural and urban communities in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. We operate with full statutory compliance and recognition, registered to execute grassroots humanitarian interventions.
Our priority is to provide holistic support through educational scholarships, medical bill assistance, capacity building, health rights advocacy, and youth skill acquisition programs that foster economic independence and emotional stability.
Born 25th December 1998 | Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Driven by profound compassion for widows and vulnerable children in Ebonyi State, Mrs. Nwafor established the Foundation in 2022 to address poverty, hunger, and lack of access to education and healthcare among the most disadvantaged. As a visionary humanitarian, she leads all outreach programs—from street food distribution and widows' support across 13 LGAs to youth vocational training and community health sensitization. Under her leadership, the Foundation has grown from a community initiative in Abakaliki into a globally recognized organization. Her vision is a society where no child goes hungry, no widow is forgotten, and every youth possesses a sustainable livelihood.
